Susana Bosquez
My name is Susana Bosquez, my favorite thing about First Lutheran Church is the people, I called them my church family, they are always there for me, we share good times and bad times, and I feel blessed to have them.
I have been a member of First Lutheran Church since I was a teenager, left for a few years and came back with my family. My daughters grew up at FLC and they have been members of Praise Band and Spirit Coro since 2015.
I have served in multiple roles in Council, and I am one of the singers of Praise Band and Spirit Coro. My current role is to be of service to anyone that needs me, as well as assist Pastor with service presentation slides, including having the song lyrics so that everyone can sing and worship our Lord.

Eunice Hanson
My name is Eunice Hanson. I like being the organist even though I am an amateur, not a professional. I love all the old hymns – and some of the newer ones!
Our family joined FIRST in the spring of 1996. We moved to CA from South Dakota in 1990 but joined Hope Lutheran in Vista which consolidated with La Costa Community and eventually disbanded.
Members can help the most by really identifying what they are most passionate about and finding a way or ways to serve. Many hands make the tasks lighter and if you are passionate about what you are doing, you won’t become burned out and the results will shine!

I love how everyone make you feel that you are family. You can be yourself at all times. I have been a member for about 3 yrs.
I do outreach, which involves events for our community, reaching out more exposure to our church so people get to know us and know this is their church.
People can help out by signing up to volunteer in the events. Or just by telling your friends and neighbors about our church.
