Responsibilities

 Director

  • Provide monthly status report to Congregation Council  including financial report, attendance, staffing, tuition  changes, requested maintenance, trends

Board of Directors

  • Oversee Noah’s Ark’s operation and approve staff changes
  • Make tuition adjustment and salary increase  recommendations to Congregation Council at least yearly
